Welcome to SEE Learning Program

SEE Learning (Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning) is a transformative program designed to nurture emotional, social, and ethical development. Inspired by the vision of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and developed by the Emory University Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics, SEE Learning integrates principles of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and ethical reasoning. This holistic approach empowers learners to cultivate self-awareness, empathy, compassion, and a profound sense of responsibility toward others and the world.

At Pali and Sanskrit Exchange Cultural Exchange Center (Semkay Ling), we are excited to offer two specialized SEE Learning classes: one for younger students aged 9 to 12, and another for adults aged 18 and above. Each course is carefully designed to support personal growth, enhance relationships, and promote positive societal change. Whether you’re a young learner discovering the power of emotional intelligence or an adult seeking deeper insights into compassion and ethical living, SEE Learning provides invaluable tools to navigate life with wisdom and mindfulness.

We also look forward to introduce these courses to schools and higher educational institutions in the future, bringing this transformative learning experience to more individuals and communities.

Grounded in scientific research, SEE Learning fosters well-being, resilience, and encourages harmonious connections with others. These classes offer a unique opportunity for participants to thrive in an interconnected, rapidly changing world with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
